- 6 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups blueberry
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
- 12 paper muffin liners

Preheat the oven to 375f
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, and milk. Stir until blended.
Fold in the blueberries into the batter gently. Fill the batter in the muffin tin. Sprinkle sugar over the tops of the muffins. and bake for about 20-30.
Remove muffins from the oven and let it cool 5 minutes in the baking dish, then remove from the baking dish and let it cool for another 30 min.
