Great way to start your day, if you want to get some greens in for a healthy breakfast. This banana oat smoothie will keep you full until lunch. Great way to sneak in some greens for your little ones, they will never taste the spinach.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 ripe banana sliced
- 1/4 cup oats
Directions:
In a blender add the milk, spinach, oats, and the banana and blend it smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
