Ingredients:
- 1 cup black eyed pea soaked overnight, drained
- 1/2 large onion chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin

This is a great recipe. I used a pinch of fresh mint too. Excellent with a little minted yogurt dip or a squeeze of Sriracha! Used convection oven to make a little more crisp. Thank you so much!!!
